We were advised upfront that the production of the windows would be close to 10 weeks but to keep checking, which we did. Once the windows were produced and ready for installation we called and were able to get the install scheduled within a week. (Thank you Darlene). The gentlemen who performed the install were professional and efficient.

My sincere thanks to Lori in the warranty dept and the gentleman that came out to repair our kitchen window. The minor repair was done quickly and Lori was very informative in getting that done. One of the best decisions we could make was getting our windows thru Window World!

I am impressed!!!! I just had 5 windows installed today and I am more than pleased. The crew showed up on time and a few hours later they completed the job. They made no mess while they worked and were pleasant to talk to. I am glad I made the decision to contact Window World and will be calling them back in the fall for the rest of the windows in the house. Of course I plan to request the same crew.
